2. What is your privacy policy?
The information that you provide is not made available to any outside organizations or groups.  The sole purpose of the information we request is to provide you with the fastest possible delivery or your order.  Email address are requested to provide you with order confirmation.  Orders placed on-line are encrypted via SSL technology.
3. What is Kyle's Sea Kraft's guarantee?
Kyle's Sea Krafts will guarantee its products against any defect in craftsmanship.  Each seat comes with a limited warranty and can be expected to last for many years if you follow some simple guidelines.

1. Do not try to re-adjust screws or bumpers in lid or seat.
2. Do not slam lid or seat down.
3. Do not clean with abrasive cleaner.
4. What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.  If you prefer, you may mail your order to us along with a personal, business, or cashiers check (payable in U.S. Dollars).  Credit Card purchases are required for express delivery.  Sorry, but we cannot accept cash or ship C.O.D. 
5. How do place an order through the mail?
If you prefer to mail your order to us, please print out and complete our mail order form and send to the address listed at the top of the form.  You may fill in the credit card account you wish to have charged or include a personal, business, or travelers check with your order.  If paying by check, we will process your order upon receipt and ship your order once your check clears. 
6. How much is shipping & handling?
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic U.S. and Canadian shipments are sent via UPS ground from our facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida.  This usually means 3-7 business days.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are required to ship via 2nd-day air or faster and shipping charges to these two states will be adjusted accordingly.  Sorry, these seats are not available for shipment outside of the 50 U.S. States or Canada.

Please note that due to the unique nature of some of our products and the process used to make our products it will take between 4 and 6 weeks to deliver your seat.  

Shipping charges for regular ground service is $18.00 per seat.  Premium shipping (2-day air) is twice the rate of regular ground service ($36.00/seat).  Please note that selecting premium shipping does not mean your order will be processed any faster.  All seats are custom made and the process used to create our unique seats is a timely one.    

7. How do I return something?
Kyle's Sea Krafts guarantees all of its products against any defect in craftsmanship.  

If there is a problem with your seat - Because each seat is custom made and a great deal of time is spent on your seat, we can only except returns for damaged items due to a problem with the craftsmanship of the seat.  These returned items must:

1. Be returned within the limited warranty period
2. Received normal use at your home
3. Pass our inspection at factory
4. Be returned in original packaging (box and padding) with your receipt
5. Shipped back via freight paid

If we find that the damage was not a result of the craftsmanship of the seat, we will be happy to provide you with replacement parts for your seat at factory cost.

All returns must be sent postage paid.   C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

If your items are damaged in transit - All of our domestic shipments are sent fully insured via UPS.  If damage should occur in transit, please notify UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all original packaging.  UPS will pick up the damaged item for inspection and initiate the claims process.  Once the claim has been paid by UPS a replacement seat will be shipped to you.  

8. Do you wholesale?
Wholesale pricing for the purpose of re-selling our products is available ONLY for retailers with a valid sales tax i.d. number and able to meet a minimum of six seats per order purchase requirement.  Please call 321-784-5953 for further information.
9. How do I place an international order?
Sorry.  At this time, our products are not available for shipment outside of the 50 U.S. States or Canada.  We are currently looking into safe and cost effective shipping methods to overseas destinations.  Please check back with us later.
